A five-floor building with an elevator is completely reconstructed in 1999. There are 16 apartments with all modern equipment. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, television, telephone, private facilities with bathroom or shower and toilet.
Breakfast is offered in a buffet style in apartments in the time that is beforehand agreed with clients.
