This is a historic 17th century Residence which is located on a small quiet cobblestone street in Mala Strana
, just two minutes from the famous Charles Bridge.
There are currently 16 rooms and apartments available for long or short-term stays. They provide those who appreciate the discreet charm of the past with all the benefits of staying in a deluxe apartment in the heart of a romantic city.
The apartments vary in size from 23.,5 sgm to 82 sqm. Each apartment is decorated with works of art and antique furniture. Full range of services is available: e-mail, fax, baby-sitting, laundry, room service and private parking. The staff is ready to help you plan your evenings by arranging concert, theater, or film tickets.
The available apartments are: two gothic rooms, two deluxe rooms, eight junior suites and four royal suites. Each room/suite is equipped with antique furniture, bathroom with bathtub/shower, air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone high speed internet access, safe and minibar.
Gothic room: are located on the ground floor and are warmly decorated and feature a rich interior with beautiful vaulted ceiling. The rooms are 25 sqm and have one queen size bed. Room amenities include air-conditioning, LCD TV with international channels, DVD and CD player, safe, mini bar and high speed internet access. Both Gothic rooms have private marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet.
Deluxe room: are located on the top floor and are decorated with rich interior. The rooms are 23,2 sqm or 32 sqm and both have one queen size bed. Room amenities include air-conditioning, LCD TV with international channels, DVD and CD player, safe, mini bar and high speed internet access. Both Deluxe rooms have private marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet.
Junior suite: are located on different floors and are warmly decorated with rich interior. The Junior Suites are of different sizes, from 32 sqm to 38 sqm and have either one king size bed or one queen size bed or two twin beds on request. Some of the Junior suites are equiped with kitchenette, others have a sitting area with fire place. Room amenities in all suites include air-conditioning, LCD TV with international channels, DVD and CD player, safe, mini bar and high speed internet access. All Junior Suites have marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet.
Royal suite: are located on different floors and their size is between 42 sqm with the largest Royal suite, the Royal Attic Suite the size of 82 sqm. The suites are warmly decorated and have sitting area or separate living room. The Royal Attic Suite has a kitchenette and a small balcony. All suites have queen size bed and a sofa bed. Room amenities include air-conditioning, mini bar, LCD sat TV, DVD and CD player, safe and high speed internet access. All suites have a marble bathroom with shower, tub and bidet.
The elegance and enchantment of this building was recently renewed thanks to a complete reconstruction. A number of celebrated conservators of Czech churches and castles, as well as skilled carpenters, plasterers, ceramists, decorators and fresco painters worked two years with attention to details and with respect for beauty.
In the walking distance from the Residence Nosticova are about 20 foreign embassies (British, French, German, Italian, Japanese among them), the Czech Parliament and the Senate, several ministries, prominent galleries and concert halls as well as leading restaurants serving national and international cuisine. Nearby are the National theatre and Saint Nicholas cathedral.
